Mrs. Priestly is licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lic.# 40548). She has a Bachelor of Social Work from Southwest Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas and a Master of Social Work from Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas.

She has over thirteen years of experience performing a wide variety of functions working in residential and behavioral health organizations serving youth and adults with disabilities and other special needs. She has extensive expertise including the management of clinical staff, coordination with State Agencies and foster care organizations, staff development and training, risk management, licensing and accreditation, billing issues, monitoring and compliance. Additionally, Mrs. Priestly has provided direct services to youth in the capacity of a career counselor, therapist, and probation officer.

Mrs. Priestly is a wife and mother of three. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to the beach and attending community events. She has found great joy in working with individuals and families in establishing goals and working towards positive change all while having fun.
